Vol. 1 No. 1 (2023)
The International Journal of Victimology and Restorative Justice is a publication of the Brazilian Institute for Comprehensive Victim Care and Protection. It aims to establish the victim's perspective in scientific studies as a way of boosting Victimological Science and new paths to be pursued in the case of traumatic events, such as crimes, public calamities and natural disasters, through innovative restorative practices. The aim is also to encourage discussion at a national level regarding the need to approve a Protective Statute for Victims' Rights.
