Protection of Women in the Domestic Environment: An Analysis in Light of the Principles of Protection of Life, Presumption of Vulnerability, and In Dubio Pro Victima

This article aims to discuss the protection of women in the domestic environment in light of three fundamental principles: the protection of life, the presumption of vulnerability, and in dubio pro victima. The methodology employed is based on bibliographical research, normative analysis, and a survey of jurisprudential understandings, with a view to comprehending how such principles are applied and what their impacts are on the effectiveness of protective guardianship.
