School safety: new perspectives of interaction between the military police and the community through the networking strategy

This scientific article aims to demonstrate the feasibility of integration between the Military Police and schools through a concept called multi-agency, based on the experience lived in the area of the 54th Metropolitan Military Police Battalion (BPM/M), with the implementation of the School Solidarity Neighborhood Program (PVS). The idea of using a School Safety Department (DSE), subordinated to the local Community Safety Council (CONSEG) was also incorporated into the practical example demonstrated by the PVSE applied in the area under discussion, however, this, only on paper, as future proposal. The scientific article achieved the initially established methodological objectives and is important for the appreciation of the institution's high command.
