This article aims to present a diagnosis of actions developed by the Military Police of the State of São Paulo aimed at South American migrants, especially Bolivians. Historically, the migratory flow is related to economic reasons and has become increasingly growing due to the facilities provided by the globalization process. Brazil, one of the largest recipients of migrants on the American continent, has adapted its legislation in order to adapt to the process discussed at the international level. The main destination chosen, São Paulo city, faces the challenge of unifying data and structuring actions, whether in the social or criminal sphere. In this context, the Military Police of the State of São Paulo has adapted its education system in order to promote human rights and serve the migrant population, acting within the current legal precepts, also paying attention to the problems surrounding the vulnerable population.
