Ethics Policy and Best Practices Guidelines in Publication
The Journal is committed to the ethics and quality of its publications, observing internationally established best practices, including the recommendations of Elsevier and the Committee on Ethics in Publications (COPE).
As a result, ethical conduct is expected from all those involved in the publication of the journal, who, in addition to following the practices listed below, have the duty to report any deviant behavior.
If ethical violations are known or reported (such as duplicate publication, plagiarism, data fabrication, unmentioned conflicts of interest, misappropriation of ideas or data by a reviewer, and other research-related ethical issues - e.g. involving people), the editorial team will follow the conflict resolution flow of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) in order to investigate and resolve the issues.
