SCIENTIFIC COORDINATORS
CLAUDIO JOSÉ LANGROIVA PEREIRA
Graduated in Law in 1994 from the Metropolitan United Colleges (FMU). A criminal lawyer, Langroiva was a member of the Criminal Procedure Law, Criminal Policy and Penitentiary and “Criminal Compliance” committees of the OAB-SP. He was also a member of the São Paulo Lawyers Institute (Iasp) until 2019. Currently, he is a professor of Criminal Procedure Law at PUC-SP in undergraduate, specialization, master's and doctoral courses. He also coordinates the extension course in Judicial Psychology at the institution and is the leader of the research group on Public Security Policies and Human Rights. In teaching, he has taught at the Paulista School of Magistracy, the Magistracy of the 5th Region, the General Advocacy of the Union, and the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies, among other entities. Effective Member of the Regional Electoral Court as a jurist since 2024.
CELESTE LEITE DOS SANTOS
She holds a degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (1997), a Master's degree in Criminal Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo and a Ph.D. in Civil Law from the University of São Paulo (2003). Currently, she is President of the Brazilian Institute for Comprehensive Support and Care for Victims - Pró Vítima, one of the chief editors and scientific coordinators of the International Journal of Victimology and Restorative Justice. Appointed Public Prosecutor at the São Paulo Special Criminal Court Appeals College. Creator of the Victims Statute and author and coordinator of the Victims Statute Project approved in the House of Representatives (PL n. 3890-2020). Undergraduate in artificial intelligence at FIAP. Author of the books "Injusto Penal e os Direitos das Vítimas de Crimes" (2020), "Crimes Contra o Meio Ambiente" (2002), "Dano Psíquico" (1996), "Persuasão e Verdade: O Sistema Legal em Fermentação" (1993). Author of the draft Law Distrital n. 6.928, of 02.08.2021. She is a researcher at the Cognitive Perceptions in the Interpretation of Law Research Group at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo and a Civil Professor in Criminal Law at the Higher School of Sergeant Training of the São Paulo Military Police (2025). In teaching, he has also taught at Uni Anchieta, Faculdade das Américas (FAM), Escola da Magistratura de Rondônia, Escola da Magistratura de Tocantins, Escola Superior do Ministério Público de São Paulo, Escola Superior do Ministério Público de Tocantins, Escola Superior do Ministério Público do Rio Grande do Sul, and the Victims of Crimes and Violent Infringement Acts Assistance Center (Navit) of the Public Ministry of Tocantins.

MARILENE PEREIRA DE ARAÚJO
Ph.D. in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2020). Master's in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2016). Has experience in the area of Law, with an emphasis on General Theory of Law, Philosophy of Law and Constitutional Law, and administrative law, working in the area of communication law. She is one of the editors of the Journal of Interdisciplinary Frontiers of Law of the Research Group of the Faculty of Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP). Member of the Research Group of the Faculty of Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) Cognitive Perceptions in the Interpretation of Law and the Group Biós Biodirito/Bioética/Biopolítica. Member of the Brazilian Institute of Constitutional Law (IBDC).
VANESSA THEREZINHA SOUSA DE ALMEIDA
Public Prosecutor of the Public Ministry of the State of São Paulo, approved in the 87th public examination of tests and titles for entry into the career. Bachelor of Law from the Salesian University Center of São Paulo - Lorena Unit (2006). Specialist in Civil Law and Civil Procedure Law from the Salesian University Center of São Paulo - Lorena Unit (2008). In MPSP, she worked, for example, as a Public Prosecutor in the following areas: family, civil, criminal, domestic violence, childhood, environment, and housing and urban planning. Currently holds the position of Public Prosecutor of the Capital. Master's in Law from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO), and student/member of the Human Rights and Social Transformation Research Group (GPDHTS), both linked to UNIRIO. Currently, she is the Gender Coordinator at the Criminal Support Center of the Public Ministry of São Paulo.
