Abstract

The article discusses victimization and public policies aimed at supporting and repairing the damage caused to victims of crimes and infractions. It emphasizes the importance of protective measures and psychological support, as well as the relevance of legal and social interventions to ensure the dignity and rights of victims. The text highlights the need for coordinated actions between psychology professionals and the justice system to promote the comprehensive recovery of victims.

Mestre em Educação, Arte e História da Cultura pela Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (1997).Especialização em Neuropsicologia pela FAVENI e Psicopedagogia pela UNIP. Atualmente é professora do curso de pós graduação do CEPPS e de Graduação na FAM. Atua em Consultório Particular atendendo Crianças, Adolescentes e Adulto na linha comportamental. Tem experiência na área de Educação, com ênfase em Psicologia, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Autismo,TOC,TDAH, Terapia Comportamental, Problema de Aprendizagem. Supervisora de atendimento Clínico. Conselheira do Instituto Pro Vitima.
