Abstract

El reconocimiento de los derechos de las víctimas ha evolucionado de modo paralelo a la investigación victimológica, aunque las decisiones políticas que se expresan en los textos legales y en la aplicación de los mismos con frecuencia no se basan en los avances del conocimiento victimológico. La experiencia del estatuto de las víctimas en España, en el contexto de la normativa europea, puede ser de interés para otros países que están inmersos en el desarrollo legal de los derechos de las víctimas.
