Mourning of orphans of femicide
understanding of the phenomenon and forms of care

The article launches some reflections on the mourning of femicide orphans from the perspective of the role ofpsychological and interdisciplinary care based on ethics and human rights. To do so, it takes as reference the
recognition of femicide in law and the importance of playing to express the pain of the violent loss of a mother.
Finally, the importance of spaces for welcoming traumatic grief is highlighted as a hope in social mothering.
