This study explores the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve the evaluation and subsequent adjustment of public policies aimed at preventing and combating femicide. It addresses the challenges inherent in measuring the effectiveness of these policies and how AI can offer innovative solutions through the analysis of large volumes of data. The article proposes a conceptual framework for the application of AI, discussing how Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Data Visualization tools can optimize evidence-based decision-making, identify gaps, and improve resource allocation. Ethical considerations, such as algorithmic bias and data privacy, essential for responsible implementation, will be examined. This work aims to contribute to the development of more effective strategies for eradicating fatal gender-based violence.
