URBAN VIOLENCE: PSYCHOLOGY IN THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE

Abstract

This article deals with field research, based on the intervention of psychology in the Public Ministry of a city in the interior of RS with victims of urban crimes.  The objective of the article is to describe and analyze the interventions and contributions of psychology in this internship field. Based on the use of questionnaires and semi-structured interviews, it is agreed that the psychological practices used contributed to the systematization of the pilot project, both in terms of psychological monitoring of the Prosecutor's Office's actions and in relation to welcoming and citizenship promotion actions. to the victims. The results point to the effectiveness of public policies, attributing to the integration of psychology with the Public Prosecutor's Office a potential field of protection and promotion of citizenship for victims.

Pesquisadora e Professora do corpo Permanente do Programa de Pós- Graduação do Mestrado Profissional de Psicologia da Universidade de Caxias do Sul/ CAPES. Doutora No Programa de Diversidade e Inclusão Social., Mestre em Psicologia do Desenvolvimento pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (1999). Especialista em Avaliação Psicológica no Instituto de Pós- Graduação GRaduação (IPOG). Graduada em Psicologia pela Universidade de Caxias do Sul (1992) . Professora Adjunta da Universidade de Caxias do Sul do Curso de Psicologia. Membro do Grupo de Estudos Psicologia e Estudos de Gênero da ANPEPP. É Psicóloga Clínica, e atua nas seguintes áreas: intervenções clínicas e programas de atendimento comunitário, psicologia do desenvolvimento humano, violência e gênero.

Tania Maria Cemin, Universidade de Caxias do Sul

possui graduação em Psicologia pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (1990), mestrado em Psicologia do Desenvolvimento pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (1994) e doutorado em Psicologia do Desenvolvimento pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (2000). Psicóloga clínica com formação em psicanálise pelo IEPP-Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa em Psicanálise (2013). É professora com horário integral na Universidade de Caxias do Sul, desde 1998 até o momento. Tem experiência na área de Psicologia Clínica, com ênfase em Psicologia do Desenvolvimento e em Psicanálise, atuando em pesquisa principalmente nos seguintes temas: psicanálise, intervenções clínicas, hiv/aids, doenças crônicas, gênero feminino, stress, ansiedade, depressão, saúde coletiva e atendimento clínica-escola. Integrante do Corpo Permanente do Mestrado Profissional em Psicologia da Universidade de Caxias do Sul, aprovado pela CAPES em dezembro de 2018 e iniciado em agosto de 2019.
