The various restorative models and the applicability of restorative justice to cases of domestic and intrafamily violence

This study will present the practical applications of Restorative Justice, as well as analyze whether this legal institution would prove viable and effective in relation to crimes involving gender-based, domestic, and intrafamily violence against women, and its possible contribution to the effectiveness of the normative and legislative system for guaranteeing women's rights and protecting them.
