The degradation of the control system and artificial intelligence

We currently live in diverse, plural, multicultural societies and the institutional system in general, depends on transparency, trust and constitutional security. Unfortunately, the Brazilian legal power control scheme seems questionable and outdated in light of the creation and evolution of new digital technologies. This article aims to analyze the root of the crisis brought about by generative artificial intelligence and reveal in addition to pathologies and mismatches, that justice has been questioned and under the political aspect in distrust in democracy. The methodology used is qualitative and follows the Aristotelian Topic.
