Abstract

This study has a central focus on victimology. The purpose is to bring returns the victim to the central role of the fact and/or crime, always respecting all rights and guarantees. This work has the scope of viewing the Elderly as Victims of the blatant disproportionate occurrence occurred by Health Plans, where they arbitrarily operate significant increases in monthly installments, due to age, exert the de-accreditation of Hospitals, Laboratories, Medical Clinics, and even the Cancellation of the Plan, unilaterally and surprisingly without proper communication to the Elderly, plan holder, and/or their family member. Through such attitudes of the Health Plans, the elderly find themselves in situations of extreme vulnerability. It is understood that advanced age is not a reason for termination and/or cancellation of the health plan, however, is not what we have seen in our Society.
