Abstract

Abstract. This article aims to demonstrate the need to approve a regulatory framework for the rights of victims in Brazil (Project n. 3890/2020). Alongside the establishement of an integral protection policy, it is necessary to develop public policies for comprehensive intervention that cover strategies to prevent primary, secondary and tertiary victimization. In the face of the victimization fact, as important as taking care of the accountability process is the promotion and de-victimization policies, so that the victim, regardless of the origin of the traumatic fact, can regain control of his life.

Promotora de Justiça. Presidente do Instituto Brasileiro de Atenção e Apoio às Vítimas (Provítima). Mestre em Direito Penal pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, Doutora em Direito Civil pela Universidade de São Paulo, Especialista em Direito Penal Econômico pela Universidade de Coimbra e Especialista em Interesses Difusos e Coletivos pela Escola Superior do Ministério Público. Gestora do Projeto de Acolhimento de Vítimas, Análise e Resolução de Conflitos – Projeto Avarc consoante cadastro no sistema INOVA do MPSP. Possui capacitação no Programa STAR (Estratégias de Prevenção ao Trauma e Formação da Resiliência) e no Programa VOC (Conferência Vítima Ofensor), ambas pela Eastern Mennonite University. Membro do Grupo de Pesquisa Percepções Cognitivas na Interpretação da Norma da Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.

Rui Goethe da Costa Falcão

Jornalista e advogado. Foi presidente nacional do PT entre 2011 e 2017. Atualmente é deputado federal. Presidente da Comissão de Constituição e Justiça da Câmara dos Deputados (CCJ).
