The present scientific article aimed to diagnose the impact of Artificial Intelligence in the scenario of military justice and discipline, taking as the unit of analysis the Military Police of the State of São Paulo, a state military organization responsible for overt policing in the state's 645 municipalities. As a tool that increasingly integrates the daily lives of different segments and companies, from advertising to engineering, the advancement of the use of this technology was also noted in the judicial and legal fields, which, therefore, gives light to a new application that can assist military police officers accused of disciplinary misconduct or military crimes in viewing and managing their demands. The work achieved the proposed methodological objectives, under the analysis of literature as a primary source, demonstrating the feasibility of using this modernity as a way of supporting the internal public in the case of various accusations, giving them support for their broad constitutional defense.
