The main objective of this article is to define the main services to be offered primarily to the children of victims of femicide, in addition to identifying the impact of this crime on the lives of these orphans and the necessary assistance to be provided. The analysis focuses on the possibility of reducing impacts during the readaptation process by prioritizing these services. This is a systematic and exploratory study with a qualitative basis, using bibliographical surveys. During the research and analysis of information, the need to facilitate the discussion of this topic and create new public policies to welcome these orphans was noted. Furthermore, possible bills were identified that propose changes to prioritize this assistance, as well as Law No. 976/2022, sanctioned by President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, which establishes a special pension for minor children.
