In Part 1, the text explores victimization through phenomenology and ontology, identifying four key moments: the creation of subjectivity, the types of subjects disciplinary power creates, perpetual visibility, and the regime of Truth. Part 2 examines resistance to ontological victimization, questioning the possibility and nature of resistance within Foucault's framework.
